HARRISBURG - Marshall Henry Burdo, 55, died Wednesday evening, March 19, 2003, at the Regional Medical Center of NEA, at Jonesboro, AR. He was born October 20, 1947, at Marquette, MI, the son of the late Marshall Henry Burdo Sr. and Margaret Jane (nee: LaPointe) Burdo. He was a machinist and a United States Army Veteran, having served in Vietnam. Survivors include his mother, Margaret Jane Burdo of Horseshoe Bend, AR; three sisters, Nancy Blank and husband, Robert, of Horseshoe Bend, AR, Valerie Nelson and husband, David, of Harrisburg, AR, and Judy Obachowski and husband, Mike, of Racine; one brother, Albert Burdo of Horseshoe Bend, AR; one son, Brett Burdo of Racine; one step-daughter, Tammy Fay of Racine; and five grandchildren. Graveside Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Monday, March 31, 2003, at the Arkansas State Veteran's Cemetery, Army Chaplain Nelson officiating.
